Hello everyone,
İ have just installed JA_Kyanite II and haven’t made any changes bu i get
“Warning: mkdir() [function.mkdir]: Permission denied in /home/bodrdorg/domains/bodrumbofad.org/public_html/modules/mod_jaslideshow2/jaimage.php on line 188” errors top of my JA_slideshow module

I remember a similar error for this template, i’ve searched on the forums but couldn’t find it sorry.

Version of JOOMLA! —–> 1.5.15
No modifications on the template.

Did you check for chmod ?

Yes,I did. I changed CHMOD to 777 but the problem still exists.

Change images folder to CHMOD 777 and try again. JA Slideshow needs write permissions to that folder to create its folder for resize images.

SOLVED!!!
I’ve tried to change images folder’s CHMOD, but the system gave me another error which is the main reason is safe mode.(Sorry about my english:D)(I can’t remember the exact error message. Then i called my hosting firm, they closed the safe mode and VOILA! thanks for the tip drarvindc!
