I gave this a try – disabled all extensions one by one – no luck.

However – I’ve now realized that I can in fact open the menu – it’s simply an invisible button in the top right corner of the navbar. So I’m wondering if this has to do with a responsive design flaw?

If I click the invisible button (appears as a dark blue square on hover), my drop down menu appears:
