Within file path –> /components/com_mijoshop/opencart/catalog/view/theme/default/stylesheet/stylesheet.css
at line 3145, modify as follows:


#footer_oc h3 {
font-size: 14px;
margin-bottom: 8px;
margin-top: 0;
color: #fff
}

NOTE:
Don’t forget to include a semi-colon after #fff . . . . for soem frustrating reason, the forum is not letting me modify my post above (arrrgh).
