I have just installed this template on http://www.siteground138.com/~metroare
Underneath the top menu there appears a section ( in blue says Wrapper) I cannot Identify.
I can’t find what is displaying it. I have wrapper turned off in the modules.
Isn’t this area typically a pathway?
Any assistance would be appreciated.
Karen

May 20, 2007 at 9:10 am #220430In joomla adminpanel go to Menu>Main Menu and scroll down until you see Wrapper, there you have the options to turn it on and off.

<!– END: MAIN NAVIGATION –>May 20, 2007 at 2:44 pm #220455Shannon Thank you very much for the quick response. I am rather new at Joomla and at working with web sites  can you tell 🙂
I opened index.php and do locate MAIN Navigation area. Only line of code that matches what you displayed is”<div id=”ja-mainnav” class=”clearfix”>” then rest of code in that section is differant. than what you displayed
Is index.php the wrong file? If so what is the correct file name?
Why is this showing up on my template? and not on the demo if I have Wrapper “off”?
Thanks,
KarenMichael Casha FriendMichael Casha

May 20, 2007 at 10:03 pm #220489You don’t need to edit any of the files, doing so can cause some damage. All you need to go is to your admin area, then click Menu>mainmenu. Find wrapper and click the green tick next to it.

Sorry if I mislead you Karen, you saying the ‘wrapper was off’ lead me to believe there was some kind of problem i never thought of Miccas line of thought, Guess that’s why he’s a moderator and I’m not? again my apologies
