    Hi
The hash symbol is used in a url field to indicate to the browser it’s a dummy link. To remove the # look closely at what is generating the link (url) and go to that article ofr category etc. then in the link url remove the hash or replace with whatever link you want

I you can’t find it post your site url here and we’ll have a look

    Hi,

    My website url is http://www.sewarivsm.com

Now the situation has gone worst. When i open the website it is getting hanged.Cannot open any of the tabs.
Getting an error ” A script on this page may be busy, or It may have stopped responding. You can stop the script now, or you can continue to see if the script will complete.”

Sometimes you may be able to identify the extension:

A common cause of the menus not working is conflict with either the JS compression (join Minify etc)’ set in the template manager or a JQuery conflict with an extension, There are huge errors in jatypo plugin and tootools.js according to the dev tools I’m using, I’d go to the administrator backent and clear jat3 cache, then go to site/maintenence and purge existing cache. Then look in your module manager for any recently installed extension that you’ve added that use mootools or JQuery libraries turn them off 1 by one till you get your mega menu droping down as it should

The problem probably comes from one of your extensions (I guess it’s a module or plugin you install recently), you can try to disable your extensions one by one to find out the one holding problems 🙂
