    Hi,
    Well i guess it’s possible!
    And as for CPU usage well i can’t tell for sure, i might have to know server specs to try to be more accurate. But your page is heavy that’s for sure -> The page has a total of 211 components and a total weight of 2934.7K bytes

    Hi Manos,

    shocking news! But this would mean that everybody who uses a template like teline4 must be prepared for a more expensive hosting plan! I did not know this when I decided to substitute my old Artisteer One-Click-Only template and to become a “club member”.

    Before spending more than 200 bucks for a DEDICATED SERVER (!!!) I tried something else: I deleted all old articles (a lot!), never used modules and plugins installed for tests I never made and … it seems to work! More news to come! Life will be good!

    You have to place some effort to optimize your pictures and remove plugins or modules that you don’t need.

    Manos, but this is what I did (see my post again). What I still did NOT do is what you call ‘optimize pictures’. Optimize means reduce? And how do I find the total weight and the number of components?

    I suggest that you install Yslow on FF and use this tool! (so you can measure speed etc)

    optimize means reduce the size of your pictures yes!
