HI

In this file /templates/ja_mesolite_ii/css/template.css at line 762 now you have

#ja-mainnav .main {
background: url("../images/dot-dark.gif") repeat-y scroll 20% top #333333;
border-top: 1px solid #E6E6E6;
min-height: 35px;
z-index: 999;
}

change the marked red code to repeat-x scroll 20%
