Hi,

In my previous post I found answer for the web site whihc installed with Sample Data! But I developing my real web site without sample data. I replicated all settings for article thumnails but I still couldnt make it work. Is there any other place for settings?

You will have (or should have) a folder called images>resized which will have some subdirectories inside. If that is not created then please create it and make sure the permissions are set to 777. Usually when the resizing fails it is because the script is unable to create that directory or files therin.

Unfortunately did not work. I created resized folder under images with 777.

Sorry, you did not provide FTP details.

It still appears to be a permissions problem as the directory and files have not been created.

Resized may be allowed to create files but directories are not being created. It may even be ownership problems (chown) or PHP settigs that are the issue.

Try enabling the ftp layer in Joomla. If that doesn’t work then speak to your host about those directory settings.

Depends on whether you are using the quickstart or not. When you use the quickstart the directories are already created so permission is not required to re-create them. Your host should be able to help.
