I have a subscription for one year, but i cant download the extensions. Which is the problem?

Hi Rodrigo

Your subscription is JATC Type only
That means you can only download templates , to download extensions you will need of a JAEC Membership subscription or upgrade your actual membership to a Developer Membership .

Could I download the new versions of the extensions I am using in a template? (not all the extensions, only the extensions of my template)

Yes you can download all complimentary extensions , the one included into template itself.
