I don’t know why the hikashop category listing can’t RWD on the mobile ??

I switch to joomla default template , the category listing RWD is work!!

I have added the url / id/pasword.

Another question is
the demo Jason website, it have a background-image: url(‘/jason/images/joomlart/intro-3.jpg , How can I add this to intro-1 position!!

As I can see the page for kids bikes still shows correctly in mobile, how you want it should be?

And which page that background image in our demo site you want to be the same?
