Sorry, but I don’t make sure that I understand what you mean.
But, To show Getting Started /Using Joomla! /etc below About Joomla!, you just add menu item into About Joomla menu by go to Menus > About Joomla menu > click Add button. In your case is: أحدث عينات الخطوط الطباعية menu

I do a native RtLizing…. I do not use the pre configuered RTL css

On what page is this menu displaying? I couldn’t see it on your site’s Home page.

Since 1 year I told Dinh Viet Hung that I will do a native RTL and now I have the right project to do it… He is quite happy and excited to see the progress!
