Hi guys
As the title, I have tried so many works but it is not working… For example, I have set the Traditional Chinese(zh-tw) as default language. But when I change to English, the menu items still show the Chinese, not the English which I have set. And also, there is no option I can change to Chinese home pages by the language switcher… Hope my poor English can make you all understand what issue I have faced…
Can someone help me to work out?

Thanks,
Luke

February 23, 2018 at 1:50 am #1093362Hi Luke,
In the multilingual site, make sure that you create template style for each language, for example, JA Sugite – CN & JA Sugite – EN, and in Navigation tab of each template style, you select the associated Menu for each.
If it doesn’t work, you can share the credentials of your site: URL, Admin account, I will check for you.
Regards

February 23, 2018 at 3:41 am #1093391Hi Luke,
I suggest you to check this documentation for how to work with multilingual site first: http://multilingual.demojoomla.com/multi-lingual-steps-by-steps.html
On your site, you didn’t create menu system in right way, you should have a Default menu, a menu for Chinese, a menu for English, I’ve created for you: http://prntscr.com/iikug3
Then do the same for template style, one for Chinese, one for English: http://prntscr.com/iikuzr
Open template style for EN > Navigation tab > select English main menu. The same with Chinese template style. You can see that it’s showing fine now on frontend.
Regards

February 23, 2018 at 6:42 am #1093402Hi Luke,
It depends on how you use it, for example, in my above screenshot, I made a sample for you for the homepage on your site only, it’s using ‘feature intro’ style so I did a sample only.
You can do the same with other styles (I did mention in my last reply)
