Hi,

According these messages which shows in backstage of Joomla, Can I update?
Is there anyone having issues when this template is updated?

I am so afraid there will be some modules not work on my website after it has been updated.

All JA Extension is only updated via JA Extension Manager component
Here are the steps: https://www.joomlart.com/update-steps
In Joomla, it shows the notification so users will be notified that there is an update for this extension.

Hi
You can be updated only Joomlart extension and template with JAEM.
You can hide the 3rd party extensions JAEM > Configurations > Hide NON JA Extensions> YES.
save and check.
