I’ve resorted to this post because Joomlart’s customer service team have not responded to my emails, or those of 2CO within the last week.
I upgraded, paid via credit card, was charged and when I was redirected at the end of the sale to the thanks.php page on Joomlart, I got a 404 error. As such, my account was never upgraded in status, even though I was charged. Therefore I’m still operating with a free account, and have no access to anything.
Really bad guys. Several emails have been sent, both by me and your financial processor, and you’ve not replied to any. What sort of business is this.
Now, hopefully one of you will read this, and say “Hmm… maybe we should do something about that”
There’s a chargeback coming your way, but I’d avoid that if someone would simply upgrade my privelages.
