Joomlart says new versions are available but on checking and comparing versions, these are not as stated.

Maybe this is a bit of a false lead to entice people to renew?????? Extensions should be available when stated or suffer the Trump consequences.

This type of aggressive marketing should be banned in North America.

Kindly shares the details of updates with a screenshot So that I can take a look at your issue.
Please note all the JA Extensions and template are only updated for JA Extension manager component, not via Joomla updates.
