    Text logo doesn’t display correctly after publishing ACM header1 in acm-header position. I’m also curious as to the purpose for this module as I know it’s setup this way in the QuickStart.

    Hi @korviz,

    More detail about ACM header style can be found here. In addition, your temporary back-end account didn’t work, could you please recheck ?

    hi Adam M,

    i dont seem to have the permission anymore to edit the original post but i can tell you that the user and pass shouldnt have any caps so that might be what is causing the error for you. im also not able to submit this info in a reply.

    the only reason why im using the ACM style header 1 in the acm-header position is to prevent my easydiscuss page from jumping up on page load. the only thing I need to fix now is the text logo. in IE it looks like an error and in firefox its positioned higher than the other menu items.

    Hi,

    Please open file root_folder/templates/uber/css/custom.css and add this code :

    .uber-header div.logo-image {
    min-width: 130px;
    }
    .uber-header div.logo-image a {
    line-height: 48px;
    }

    Adam M, Thanks for the tip! That seemed to fix the logo text in firefox; however chrome and ie display a “broken image” icon.

    Hi @korviz,

    Not sure you we still see it in Firefox but when I inspect the code, it also display a broken page as well. As your sub-folder contains a special character (~), please rename it or try to select another image file and recheck.

    Hi @Adam M,

    Thanks for pointing out about the character in the subfolder. This was setup by siteground and Im not sure the reason. maybe to deter people from direct access or some added security, not really sure. I havent setup the real domain yet because the site is still under development. hence all my questions about the bugs so i can bring the site live 🙂

    as for the logo, im not actually trying to use a image logo. I really just want to use the text logo but something isnt working right and maybe its the character in the subfolder. Again, the whole reason for using the ACM in the acm-header position is to fix the bouncing problem on page load for easydiscuss pages. it seems to fix that issue but now the logo doesnt look right. What shal i try next??? maybe i have to make the site live, get the real domain up and running and this could be the solution, no?

    Hi @korviz,

    Please open file root_folder/templates/uber/css/custom.css and add this code :

    div.logo-image img {
    display: none;
    }
    .uber-header div.logo-image span {
    display: block;
    }

    Hi Adam M,

    here is the big picture… my problem started with my site jumping up a couple lines on pageload of any easydiscuss page. Publishing the ACM in “acm-header” position fixed the “jumping” problem, however it broke the logo. Your solutions actually fixed the logo however I just realized that now the sidebar doesnt work properly. It doesnt slide out and only moves a litle and wont show any modules in the sidebar. When i unpublish the acm the sidebar works. I wish I knew what was causing the error on the easydiscuss page to properly fix that problem which is where i started in the first place.

    Hi @korviz,

    Currently, there’s a fatal error in your site, please recheck first.
