I can see in your screenshot you have all the ACM style that comes with this template .
In case u want to use JA Uber ACM style kindly follow this documentation .

Hi, I did like you adviced above, but not everything is good. Look at this: http://prntscr.com/b6dife – All names of the fields were changed wrong.
And how to adapt it to the template style (heading etc.)?

Hi
For language strings because the module does not come with this template you need to define them manaully . Open Uber template /language/en-GB/en-GB.tpl_uber.ini >>> http://prntscr.com/b7a0mg
Copy all language string and value of acm and add them in /language/en-GB/en-GB.tpl_ja_rent.ini
For styling heading you can change the heading tag from the ACM style files . and add new style in custom.css file as per your customization needs in style part .
