August 12, 2016 at 6:12 am #959314Hi
At the top of this page it states that 18 Joomla templates packages was updated for Joomla 3.6.2 JA Elicyon is one of these, however I am having some issue with the ACM – Slideshow.
I have not tried any of the other ACM blocks yet, but started with the Slideshow, my problem is:
Looking at the documentation, all the function tabs for the slideshow does not appear in administrator. I can only choose the picture and add a description. I can’t make it slide or change anything else for that matter, those functions are not available
Running Joomla 3.6.2 Latest Ja Elicyon installed.
Please advise

August 12, 2016 at 7:15 am #959340Yes, that looks fine, but the tabs at the top of the page does not contain all the tabs that is shown in the documentation.
For instance to do the featured intro module in the documentation, you have to select acm slideshow, style – owl and then under advanced tab select slide layout.
Can you do that on my site? Try to make my slideshow slide . Where are all the functions or is that all it can do? Display a picture and description?
In the pictures of the documentation there are many more tabs at the top, which I believe control many more functions. They are not displaying on my version.
Please look again.
Regards

August 12, 2016 at 7:43 am #959352Kindly give me the screenshot and highlight the issue , so I can see whats not present in your acm module .
At this time each ACM module on your site is same as in documentation .
If you have quickstart package on installed on your localhost you can also compare the settings with it .northis Friendnorthis

August 12, 2016 at 8:07 am #959358Look at the setting tabs at the top of the page. Under advanced there in no alternative layout section?
Dynamic Mode Option, Display options, etc they are not there?

August 12, 2016 at 8:25 am #959372Hi
its not JA ACM module , its default Joomla articles category module that loads an alternative layout .
Featured Projects – Article Category Module
There is a mistake in the documentation for repeating the same description for articles category module .
I sent a report to concern team to fix it asap .Sorry for the inconvenience caused

August 12, 2016 at 8:51 am #959389Okay, thanks for looking in to this.
So my ACM Slideshow is as it should be. There is no other settings available? I can’t make the images slide automatically? It is a slideshow that does not slide, you have to click on the numbered tabs to move to the next image?

August 12, 2016 at 9:10 am #959416Wonderful!!!
That works great, but why should it be such a mission to accomplish something so simple, something that is already coded? Why not make those settings available through Joomla administrator side?
I dare not ask how to slow the slide display time down, lol.
I did expect more control settings…Thank you for your help, it is truly appreciated.
Best regards
