Any Text placed on the ACM slideshow is practically illegible on most of the pics – doesn’t matter what theme is chosen.
Is it possible to set some opacity to the background of the text?

Hi @smileholidaypl

u can try to add some shadows on text

create custom.css in template/css folder and add this code


.block-slideshow-item .block-title {
text-shadow: 2px 2px #000
}

Hi tolja,

thank you for the advice – it did help. The titles are easier to read now though I still hope for some more radical solution 🙂
