Hi,

I have a problem where the ACM Timeline module is empty in the backend while the front-end is showing everything it used to do.

It is also not saving anything to the database at all. Creating new acm module produces same problem.

Below is the database field with all the info (some info has been deleted for privacy reasons). I am also unable to import this with the advanced tab. When i try this it sends me back to modules overview page.

Hi @tom_laan84,

It seems that in latest version of Joomla, there is issue with ‘Advanced’ button in ACM – Timeline module specific.

I’ve reported to the team for further checking, you can track its progress here.

Hi Saguaros,

Thanks but there is a bigger problem going on with my site and i need someone to check it ASAP! not waiting for an update that is going to be released when ever. I need my website fixed now.

As i said. the back-end view of my acm timeline is empty. while database and front-end clearly shows content. The advanced button was just to demonstrate there is more wrong then just the views.

Please assign a dev to have a look at my site and fix it.

You can try with this workaround:

• Download & Unzip attached file
• Backup & Replace this folder: [root]/templates/uber (your default template)/acm/timeline/tmpl/

I have the same problem reported. I tested this workaround and can confirm it fixed the issue for me.

This is half a fix. it loads the data but changes the date to "today" instead of the date from the database.

Also it makes for incompatibility with existing time-lines because they still have data[date] instead of data[time-line] in the database.

please give a fix for the fucked up dates.

You mean that it should display the date in this format? 2015-03-29 – for example.

It’s been a while because of death in family but this problem is still not fixed.

Argh no not what i mean. Read my post. it’s plain english! The date displayed in backend is today’s date instead of the date from the database. Very simple. You could’ve fixed it if you took a little bit initiative….

Backend access would’ve been enough to figure out the problem and i gave that access.
