Instead of users clicking couple of time to get to the album I created a direct URL link to the album, however when clicked on the menu it doesn’t get highlighted, instead the component link gets activated.

see example menu is called ‘Direct link to Album’

How to fix this.

Thanks Ha Le-Viet,

I got that above mentioned issue sorted by changed the item id however now the link won’t show in ‘menu item’ selection (see picture) so I can’t select the link any ideas.

The created link is called Direct link to URL

This is really weird and I ran into the same problem from the mambo days. I sorted it out by deleting all the relevant menus and create all menus again.

New item IDs will be created and this may fix..
