I would like to take the JA Cooper modal style login (which appears in a popup when you click on the word, Login, and adapt it to another template.

Which files do I need to grab so that this will work? How would you do this?

Is it possible to set it up on a Jomsocial site to work with FaceBook Connect? I would like to customize the form so that it includes FaceBook Connect in the modal popup.

I think you can use the ja login and customize some styles for this module to get similar look

you can follow this thread to add the module on your site: http://www.joomlart.com/forums/topic/how-do-i-ad-ja-login-module-to-the-right-of-the-top-black-content-bar/

but the module will not integrate with Facebook Connect.
