The title is quite wrong. The correct one is “add a module menu instead the mega menu”

    I have the following issue

For a year I am using my site a joomlart travel. Because I have experienced an issue with a plugin ( maps ) and while I was at an early stage of development of the site I deleted the Mega menu from php file and installed a new menu. But there was no space – module position to put it, so placed it in the slideshow position with the slideshow.

This is not correct procedure and I have experienced problems like aligning (as you can see if you change the size of the screen -ctrl-+) and now I want to put the exactly menu in the header as it should be but I have no idea which file to change and more what to write on it. Call a div perhps?

    The site is http://www.inthessaloniki.com

It wouldl the happiest thing if we could make changes fast and easy as shown in firebug.

Are you asking how you can create a new module position?

No. I want to add the new menuas last item in header php file. Like original megamenu is by default.

    Hi konpatsogiannis,

By default, on JA Travel the main navigation (mainnav) is defined as a separated block, not a part of Header block. In this case, you just need to extract my attached mainnav.php file into templatestemplatesja_travelblocks path on server. And check out the templatesja_traveletclayoutsdefault.xml file, make sure it does contains the below line:

    <block name=”mainnav” type=”mainnav” main-inner=”1″></block>

Then you just need to go to Template Manager >> JA_Travel – Default >> Create a profile (or use the existing one) >> select the Main Menu in Menu Type option of Menu settings tab. Then assign that profile to menu items you want to display the Main navigation. Remember to clear JAT3 cache.
