I am using the ‘layout2’ files and want to add two virtuemart product items to the Mega filter product displays.

1. I need to add the base price with a strike through next to the selling price.
2. I need to add the short description under the prices

Please see attached images.

I think I need to add to the file layout2/ product-item.php, but dont know what code to add.

Hi, I know the feature is not there, but is there a way of hard coding these. I tried the following on the file product-item.php

<?php echo $currency->priceDisplay($product->prices['basePrice']); ?>
       and also
<?php echo $product->product_s_desc ?>  

But they dont work.
