I noticed that there is a " updates & changelog" page on your website, it has a unique subdomain:

http://update.joomlart.com/

However, when I find a new version on that list, there is no button or link to download that latest version.

Why not put a "download laetst" button or link there to make it easier for us?

Hi,

The site http://update.joomlart.com/ is meant for checking purpose only. We are not able to allow downloads there due to our complicated membership system.

We have many different types of users available and we have to restrict certain members to have access to certain areas , so we dedicate a separate section for download at https://www.joomlart.com/downloads/ .

In fact, I did not mean "directly download from the updates checking page", I mean: put a "download" button or link, when clicked, the user will be brought to the detail page of that template or extension, then he can click "Get it Now" button there: if he has enough permission, he will get it; if he not have enough permission, he will see pricing page( or login form).

That is to say: after the user check updates , he does not has to manually input the URL of the detail page . Just a few clicks, this makes life easier.
