Is it possible add a hyperlink field for both Member Image and Member Name? So, our user can clicking the link to view article details page.

Hi
In this case, you will have to do custom work in ACM files . Create new field with help of this doc .
You can take a look on the ACM client style-1 to see how the URL field is defined .
