After upgrading Joomla to the latest version, we are experiencing a problem with the Front-End “Submit News” function.

When you click the “Image” button to insert an image in a new article, the formatting on the text in the pop-up window seems to be broken.
Some users cannot see the “Browse” link and don’t get a scroll bar – so they can’t upload a new image.

I am not 100% sure this is a template problem but if you could possibly help it would be very appreciated.

Did you modify any files in the administrator folder? this bug ‘s does not relate with the ja template
