I have a basic understanding of how to add a module position or change the location of an already defined position. But I am having trouble making the positions “live” so I must be missing a step. I’ve read the other posts on this and they all seem to leave out steps to make them show up.
Plus as you’ll see on the page I am trying to move the top position to span the template width.I’ve managed to get the content to display but it renders to the left margin not underneath the navigation as desired. I’d like to know how to correct this.
See screenshot for positions/modifications I’m trying to make.
Please can someone provide the files that need to be changed to move, modify or add module positions. Whatever help can be provided would be greatly appreciated.

What you are trying to do involves a lot of hacking of the template code. You have to understand that all JA templates are collapsible and all are quite difficult to modify. Maybe you should pay a developer like me to do the coding :p
No seriously. First of all you need to put in all the divs.
1.Open the index.php
2. Find the code after … This will take too long.I will do it at night, when i go home.
