Does anyone have a solution for this?
I would think this would be a common problem, but i cant seem to find anything in regards to it.

Basically – i am looking for a similar content editor that is used here on joomlart.com…
    It’s basic – simple and doesn’t add additional spaces/BR when pressin ENTER/RETURN…
Thanks for your help in advance!

I would suggest using JCE as your editor as it is far more configurable than the TinyMCE one included in Joomla.

If you want to stick with TinyMCE then you can configure how it enters <br/> and <p> tags (<p> is the default and the one I am guessing you are seeing) by going to the plugin manager where you can change the settings in the TinyMCE Plugin.

Thanks for the fast reply Phil – I’ll be sure to click “Thanks”

I actually am using JCE on my site big3fantasy.com & others.
When i press Enter on my keybord to go to the next line in the editor it goes down 2 rows adding in double page breaks </br>
I will look at the settings again.

No problem. If you still have trouble with JCE doing that then their forums really are great for solving little niggles. Of all the extensions out there JCE is one of the best with the best support.
