Hi
You are using ACM Bar style module . The icons are predefined for the social links in this file . And these are used from ADDTHIS style classes . In case you want to edit it or add new icons , you can see how they implemented in the file templates/uber/acm/bar/tmpl/style-1.php and add new icons code fro addthis social links classes or add custom icons and links in this php files .
Use custom.css file to add new style code .
