solved 🙂
————————————————————————————————-
Hi,
I discover JA purity and JA T3 blank template since a couple of days… I read the wiki about customising but I don’t manage to add a module position.
I copy JA T3 blank template, changed info, it load correctly. I select it as default… until now no probleme.
I would like to add a module position between the nav and the topsl called “slideshow”.in joomla back-end
– I edit the default.xml and add the line<block name="mainnav" type="mainnav" main-inner="1"></block>
<block name="cpanel" type="usertools/cpanel"></block>
<block name="slideshow" type="slideshow"></block>
<block name="topsl" type="spotlight" main-inner="1">user1,user2,user3,user4,user5</block>
I add and empty file called slideshow.php in the “blocks” folder of my template (copy of JAT3blank)
back to the back-end I set my “RokSlideshow” module to appear in the “slideshow” position.when I refresh my front page nothing appears!
I really don’t get it
could you help me to understand how to customize module positions, thank’s a lot for your help

I also follow these steps:
<block name="header" type="header" main-inner="1"></block>
<block name="mainnav" type="mainnav" main-inner="1"></block>
<block name="cpanel" type="usertools/cpanel"></block>
<block name="slideshow" type="slideshow" main-inner="1"></block>
<block name="topsl" type="spotlight" main-But it does not show in the front-en after save. :((
