Try this :

Take a back and then Open your /templates/ja_vauxite/css/ja.news.css

around line 50 : change this code :

margin:0;[/php]to this :

background:transparent url(../images/dot.gif) repeat-x scroll center bottom;
margin:0;

Used firebug to make the changes, try it on your live site and tell us. If it doesn’t work, then i try it on my localhost and give you a solution.
