Hi,
I’ve just installed the JA Jobs Board component and it’s associated modules. I am trying to add a new job but keep getting the following error:
Fatal error: Call to undefined method JAJobBoardModelJAJobs::updateAcc() in /home/SITENAME/public_html/jobsboard/administrator/components/com_jajobboard/models/jajobs.php on line 0

I have installed it on 2 site’s now to check if it was my installation that caused it….but it’s happening on both sites.

Very frustrating and doesn’t fill me with much confidence, especially when it’s a pay component.

Any help is appreciated

Hi rob_hawthorn,

I would also recommend to raise a Support ticket for early resolution, as not many users are using this new component, so community help on this might be delayed.

I have checked your website and there are some problems with this component.

Please kindly remove all tables which relate to ja jobboard component and then install again.
