What is the best way to add videos to this template? Currently I am using Sandrine on my site at: http://www.teachingbetterbaseball.com and I’m using the Seyret Player…but the player or interface doesn’t look as streamlined as just adding flash. Is there a walkthrough on how to add .flv videos to the templates?

Two questions, as I am a learning newbie with over 50 videos on my site so far…

1. HOW do I add a flash player and video to either Sandrine or Opal? Or am I stuck with the Seyret player?

2. What is the best way to add videos to either Sandrine or Opal?
