Team JA, this is a great template. Generally everything I’ve seen in framework, etc. is very, very cool!

I’m trying to set up this girl’s site to allow her to place content in an article where the content type must be gallery. In other words, she wants many photos displayed as a gallery (Two or more photos) in various articles.

I’m distinguishing an article vs. a blog post… Blog posts are under J Blog and articles are under Fixel Blog. example site is http://www.sydneyfoxphotography.com

You can find content_type backend settings of article

Go to Admin site -> Article Manager -> Open article want to show gallery -> Metadata Options, see the screenshot

I know about the metadata/content type (gallery, image, etc.). That’s the point. when posting articles to a fixel blog category, with popup I can’t seem to get content (Verbage) and a gallery at the same time. I can have one photo + content. but when I create a gallery (As you describe above), the content doesn’t show up (Only pictures).

Content Type of ‘gallery’ only supports this format

It will get data from alt and title tags

If you want to show other case you can customize it:

+ Define other value

templates/ja_fixel/etc/form/com_content.article.xml

+ Php code with new value you can write it here

Hello, i was looking for an answer to a similar problem i have but not exactly this one, anyway i prefer to reply on this one instead open a new one…

my problem is that when i create an article and set up the content type to “Gallery” it is appear some “space” like 1 pixel at the top and the button of the module in Home-1 position.

i tried to set border”0″ thinking could be a invisible border on the module, but not, always appear… and the real problem is that this 2 pixels move all the grid on my home and it looks like this

any suggestion to erase this,
