March 1, 2007 at 7:49 am #215101Hi TheRuss,
I don’t understand exactly what you mean but I think you just want to add plain HTML in JCE editor. If it is, there’s a button to help you edit the content with HTML Source. It normally names Edit HTML or Show HTML.

March 1, 2007 at 1:15 pm #215115I think he is talking about adding the CSS styles to the “drop down” menu in JCE editor.
In fact I have been wondering about this myself. This would make it easier to use the different CSS styling. Like pin note, clip note and so on by just adding this from the drop down.
Or maybe I am way out fishing here. Either way, I would personally love to know if there is a way to add the sites CSS style to the JCE editor one way or another. I am sure it is possible, I just haven’t done it yet..
Any feedback on this much appreciated.

got it done.May 7, 2007 at 3:05 pm #219614Could you please tell us how you did it then?
I have tried every conceivable option and location for the css file (but clearly not the correct one) and my ‘Styles’ drop-down menu in the JCE editor is always blank.
Many thanks

http://cellardoor.za.net/index.php?option=com_joomlaboard&Itemid=9&func=view&id=5079&catid=6&limit=6&limitstart=6It seems either the lack of ‘www’ for the site name in the configuration.php is keeping the styles from appearing, or that JCE doesn’t look for template_css.css in the appropriate places. You can read more in the above link. For myself, I got the styles working by adding ‘www’ to my site name.
