How can I add a movie to the video player? I tried to add a flv file and mp4 file, but they were recognised as Unsupported media type. Please help. Because your template is realy the gratest

Please follow steps below to add the file type:
1. Log in Admin area of your website
2. Click Site >Global Configuration
3. Select System tab

You can add file type you expect in the Media Setting> Legal Extensions (File Types)

Thanks, I manage to upload .flv files through ftp, but how can I get a thumbnail picture for the movie, or must I create this also manually? >>

You have to create a thumbnail picture for the movie manually, and upload to the thumbnail folder via Site/Global configuration. The path to the folder is: …/media/stories/videos/thumbnail.
