I want to add two new sections after the business section on the JA Magz II Template, how can this be done.

Hi Here is doc how to create new module position .
You need to define new position in /tpls/blocks/section.php file as u want a position under Section module position . Like this : http://prntscr.com/avdd3p

You create the new module position in the path file i suggested above. You can also see the sample code in my screenshot how to apply it .
