Anyone tried adding new theme?

Where does css files are located: components/css/themes ?

When you add a new template, a new subdirectory appears for that template in the following directory (assuming public_html is the root):

/public_html/templates/

The template specific css is in a next-level subdirectory just below the new template, i.e., /public_html/templates/ja_methys/css

For v3 – from the documentation located here: http://demo.t3.joomlart.com/joomla25/documentation/79-theme.html
you can see that you just need to create a new folder of files for the theme and adjust the files inside accordingly. In my installation of the RC1 of the framework, the folder where these are located is here:
/public_html/templates/ja_t3v3_blank/less/themes
