    Hello,

    This moring I have download the puresite template.
    I copied the puresite template to my customer template.
    I have followed some tutorials like create a new theme, layout, profile. I have changed the theme setting in the user-defined profile.

    But now I have tried to change the logo. But I can’t find in the template manager–> Edit style something to choose the logo. Yeh the only question I found was logo image/text.
    I see on the forum that you should do it within the css. I did in my copied template and I changed it there. nothing happen.
    The same with the width. I was searching for .main so as read on this forum but in the template.css is nothing with a width.

    I want also add two rows at the top up on the menu. But how can I do that.

    So I see there is documentation, but I’m looking for a more structured tutorial were I can find these things for my template.

    I the video tutorial I saw the item with the cpanel. I have add the next laine in my layout settings:
    <block name=”cpanel” type=”usertools/cpanel”></block>

    But I don’t see anything.

    **** EDIT ****
    Is there a kind of development mode? Under global there you can choose development mode. But nothing is changed, I can’t go to position or something like that so as shown in the video turorials with the blank template.

    I hope that someone can help me.

    In the template there are lot of links to wiki pages. But they are “dead”!

    Hi nkamp,

    This template is quite different from others, in order to change the logo, you can open file: /templates/ja_puresite/blocks/header.php

    you will see this code:

    <h1 class="logo">
    <a href="<?php JURI::base(true) ?>" title="<?php echo $siteName; ?>">
    <img src="<?php echo 'templates/'.T3_ACTIVE_TEMPLATE.'/images/logo-trans.png' ?>" alt="<?php echo $siteName; ?>" />
    </a>
    </h1>

    Then change the path with your desired image.

    For your second concern:

    <blockquote>
    I want also add two rows at the top up on the menu
    </blockquote>

    I’m not so clear with this, could you make screenshot of what you’re trying to acccomplish?

    Please remember to clean JAT3 cache after you change something.

    Regards
