So when I add a product to cart, but do NOT checkout or press continue shopping from the popup window, but instead press the “X” (or click outside the popup window) to close the popup and continue browsing the site the cart views are broken.

Image 1 shows the product page (happens for all products though).
Image 2 shows the popup window.
Image 3 shows what happens if the “X” is pressed (or if the area outside of the popup window is pressed) instead of checkout or continue shopping.
The only solution I have found it to refresh the page (F5), or browsing to another page. This is of course not ideal and make the customers feel the site is broken.
Image 4 shows that after a refresh of the page everything displays correctly.
It’s only an issue if your cart is empty and you add the first item.
(eg. you are a new customer, surfing into the site and add a product)
If you then reload the page (or go to another page) the problem goes away.
The picture shows the problem for another product.
I meant the FTP account (not admin account) to access file/folder of your site in server, I need the same to debug the code. I can see admin login info you provided in advanced option of this thread.
