Is there an easy way to duplicate the Ja control panel and add a second (to the left) to house a login panel?

I saw the thread regarding integrating the login in the control panel, however I was looking for a new panel altogether.

Hi thealpha1,

It is possible but heavy customization.
Alternatively, please take into consideration to post your requirements on Joomlancers.com to find a talent freelancer for your project.
I am sorry for not being of much help in this case.
