    Hi Tim,

    Try to contact the AddThis support again, I guess there is something wrong with the connection from your site to AddThis too. You can try with default Joomla template to confirm the issue.

    Hi Saguaros,

    See attached screenshot

    Tim

    And reply just in makes no sense to me as custom code in template has no such line:

    Hi,

    We recently made some element name changes with our new interface.

    Could you replace this code on your page:

    <div class="addthis_sharing_toolbox">

    With this code:

    <div class="addthis_inline_share_toolbox">

    and your buttons should appear after a refresh.

    Please let me know if this resolves your issue.

    Thanks,

    Mike
    Thanks,

    No. I changed the account ID to that advised by Mike at AddThis as belonging to the printindustrynews.com site i.e. as below

    Hi Tim,

    There are two different profile Id’s on your site.

    The profile id used on your home page is: ra-580e461bf530a146 (printindustrynews for your account)

    The profile id used on your article pages here: http://printindustrynews.com/en/blog/34-printing/862-konica-minolta-laboratory-europe-first-year-of-research-activities

    is: ra-548fde827970ba6d (belongs to joomsolutions).

    But on the site the icons haven’t changed to the selection of icons set up in my dashboard at AddThis. On printindustrynews.com you’ll see the default (joomsolutions) icons. I have advised Mike of this but not heard back. Below is code in Before head box.

    <!-- Go to www.addthis.com/dashboard to customize your tools -->
    <!--[if (!IE 8)&(!IE 9)]> -->
    <script type="text/javascript" src="//s7.addthis.com/js/300/addthis_widget.js#pubid=ra-580e461bf530a146" async="async">&lt;/script&gt;
    <!-- <![endif]-->

    Any ideas. Seems Joomla 3.6 related but that’s just an impression.
