It seems the userid you added is wrong as its does not exist, Kindly check the User id in the URL as well when you open your youtube page in the browser and use the same id in Addthis.

Thanks for the tip, Pankaj. The user id was correct but Youtube has changed its channel id policies. The user id works for established channels which are over 30 days old and has at least 100 subscribers. For new Youtube id(s) and channel(s), a custom url is not available. I have removed the Youtube follow button and used an Instagram follow button instead. You may close this thread.
