I am trying to adjust the mega menu css cssmenumega.css in my created local theme. I copied the css to the local theme, but it does still seem to use the styles from the main template. How can I remedy this?
Two, will the Ja_Lime packages be updated with the March Mega menu and Framework changes?

make sure template.css is put in /css subfolder of theme folder, and secondly remember to clear jat3 cache. I think it should work fine.
I dont have any info regarding when the updates will arrive, please check the download section frequently.
