January 12, 2012 at 3:41 pm #172724Hi All,
I have an issue with various components & module screens when I go into them?
Below is a screen shot of the admin area’s modules list (I have focused on one in particular in this case)
However when I go into this module or other modules (Not all though) and even if I go into my Mosets Tree Directory section and try to view or edit the categories I get the same issue where the admin screen goes white with just the module elements as you can see in the second screen shot below?
Any ideas what may be causing this?
NOTE: Upgrading the entire project to 1.7 is not possible at the moment due to costings for all of the final elements already purchased over the past months! this is in the pipeline for the future.

January 12, 2012 at 5:38 pm #433588Hi,
Can you please tell us the error code you see since i can’t see that on your images. Although i believe that this has something to do with the “editor” error many joomla users are facing recently.

January 12, 2012 at 6:44 pm #433602Hi pascm,
As you rightly noted the screen shots do not show any error code, as there is not one?
It simply is as the 2nd screen shot is,
Here is what I am doing:
1) log in to Administration panel.
2) either go to: Extensions> Module Manager> Select “Welcome to JA Tiris” Module and this is where the screen (Or Joomla admin template disappears)or go to: Components> Mosets Tree> Add Category> and I end up with the below screen? (NOTE: it is all fine up to the point when I click on Add Category, which is around the same level as Selecting a Module just different area of the admin area?)
Not a single error code? Bizzare, it’s like some sort of conflict or something? but I have only installed Mosets Tree, the relevant additional modules for this.
The only alteration I have made that may have effected this is I have removed the standard templates supplied with 1.5 (i.e: Beez, Purity, rhuk_milkyway?)
I am not sure if JA Tiris is dependent on some elements of one or all of these by any chance?
EDIT:
I have just replaced the BEEZ, JA PURITY, RHUK_MILKYWAY Templates to no avail.
Still the same issues.

January 13, 2012 at 1:26 pm #433745Hi,
I got your PM and i found that ->
Fatal error: Call to undefined method stdClass::onDisplay() in /.../libraries/joomla/html/editor.php on line 268
An “stdClass::onDisplay” can be caused by a plugin problem, typically it is a plugin you have added that displays a button on the editor window.
In this case you had 2 different plugins for JA Typo! So please confirm from your end now that everything is working fine now!
