Hi:

Please see the two images. In JA Voice Admin Backend there is capability to setup default language. In JA Comment the functionality to setup default language is not there. I mean circle to select default language.

Please check.

Setup: Joomla 1.7.1, PHP 5.3.8

the default language on a joomla 1.7 install is configurable by turning on the language functions. This is a basic joomla function not a joomlart feature. please see http://docs.joomla.org for more information
