Just downloaded and installed this new template, and immediately run into a major issue – when trying to save options on the backend side in template manager, after saving and closing and then reopening I see that options are back to their original state.
for example i choose to disable css and js optimization, click save and close, but when i check it is still set on optimize and minify.
what is causing this?

January 4, 2012 at 6:57 pm #432542Hi
have you checked all folders if them are writables ?
January 4, 2012 at 7:02 pm #432543which folders?
i just noticed that this template doesnt create the t3-assets folder for optimized and minimized css and js….. and there are usually a few folder in the cache directory that are created for JA templates, but they are gone when i use this new template
if i use the older template like ja_portfolio, i can see the t3-assets folder created, as well as a few folders in the cache directory
weird stuff….
January 4, 2012 at 10:09 pm #432562any help at all, or as usual just leave me hanging in the air?
where is all the support?

Hi, I’ve got the same problem. I CHMOD my folders to 755 and my files to 644 (the optimum for my provider).
Thx for support.
January 7, 2012 at 7:57 pm #432936i am again stuck with no support. why do people but these templates full of bugs and no support?
everyone wants admin logins, just to browse around and give no useful advice. if you are smart, you know whats causing the problem, and how to fix it.
i ll be sure not to renew my subscription.
