The website seems to work fine but I cannot access ja_erio template via admin page.
I got an error – 500 – An error has occurred. Error loading form file

The latest thing that I did was installed tweeter module and ja_blazes template.
I wanted to change how mega menu load that was when I noticed that I couldn’t access
erio template.

From the first day that I installed joomla.
1. I first installed joomla ja_erio quick install.
2. installed Jfusion.
3. installed JFBConnect.
4. installed ja_blazes just template with tweeter module

Can you help me fix this?

Hi ballbank,

I checked and saw that there are some problems with the file templates/ja_erio/templateDetails.xml, it’s not xml validated that caused the problem, I just renamed it to templateDetails.xmlback and then upload an original ja_erio file there, now you can check to see the template worked.
