1. Admin -To delete the top black & green colour header bar including Joomla text, version 1.5.15 and joomla small icon – only site name will remain.
2. Delete the text “Joomla! is Free Software released under the GNU/GPL License. “ in footer of admin pages.

Go to your cpanel and look for this:
yourSiteRoot/administrator/templates/kherpi/images/h_cherry

yourSiteRoot/administrator/templates/kherpi/images/h_green

yourSiteRoot/administrator/templates/kherpi/images/h_teal

and then to remove the Joomla lines

yourSiteRoot/administrator/templates/kherpi/cpanel.php
